This is the second study that I have done of
this view. The first was a fine drawing but it was on tan paper with not enough
highlight contrast to display well on the internet. I used
it for image development of my first oil
of the Peredijkherrenrij.
But that project only encouraged me to refine
and expand my interest, now on gray paper. It is the value
study for the current work in
progress: Predijkherrenrij, Inside-Out.
